In order that you receive the ultimate experience at the Opulence Spa, we recommend that you arrive 15 to 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This time will allow you to relax and let your mind enter a peaceful and soothing mode. We ask that you remember that each service is scheduled exactly and will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. We advise that you be dressed in your robe and in the relaxation room at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled service.

24 hour notice must be given to cancel or reschedule appointments. A $25.00 cancellation fee will be billed if there is no 24 hour cancellation.
